PRACTICE AREA: Microfinance

Microfinance is a sustainable tool for increasing the productive capacity of the entrepreneurial poor and the self-reliance of communities. Areas of expertise in microfinance include operations, training for front-line staff, delinquency management, new product development, strategy and governance. Downscaling services and product innovation strategies to commercial banks. Technical assistance to a number of financial providers: cooperatives, village banks, MFIs, NGOs, commercial banks and non-regulated financial banks.

Results: Ebony carried out market research, training in new product development to commercial banks in Nigeria such as Skye Bank, Integrated Microfinance Bank Limited, Diamond, Fidelity, Union Bank for Africa and Oceanic International Bank.
