Microfinance is a sustainable tool for increasing the productive capacity of the entrepreneurial poor and the self-reliance of communities. Areas of expertise in microfinance include operations, training for front-line staff, delinquency management, new product development, strategy and governance. Downscaling services and product innovation strategies to commercial banks.
